Grover Landscape Services offers a comprehensive benefits package that is very competitive in the industry. Our benefits include Competitive Pay, Medical and Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off, a Retirement Savings Plan and Profit Sharing. We are dedicated to finding and retaining quality employees, and providing them with the best benefits and salaries possible.

PAID TIME OFF

  • During the first year of employment: 1 week
  • During years two, three and four: 2 weeks
  • During the fifth through the ninth: 3 weeks
  • During the tenth and succeeding years: 4 weeks

MEDICAL/DENTAL

  • Available after 2 months
  • Employer pays 75% of employee premium and 50% of family premium
  • H.S.A. available when participating in a High Deductible Health Plan

401K PLAN

  • Available after one year
  • Open enrollment (Dec and June)
  • 15% employer match up to 4% of gross salary

PROFIT SHARING PLAN

  • Eligible one year after employment start date
  • Beginning on Jan 1 or July 1
